1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:
- The application has not yet been submitted to the issuing authority.
- A duplicate payment was made in error.
- The service cannot be completed due to an error on our part.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The application has already been submitted to the issuing authority.
- The certificate is delayed due to processing times of the issuing authority.
- The application is denied because the applicant is found to be in bankruptcy. You will be notified via Email.
- Incorrect or incomplete information was provided by the applicant.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our customer support team from our Contact Us section within 7 days of your purchase.
- Provide your order number and reason for the refund request.
- Our team members will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
- By using this site, the customer agrees to resolve any disputes directly with US Bankruptcy Services before seeking a payment reversal or chargeback. Failure to do so will be deemed a default in our favor and a waiver of the customer’s right to dispute or reverse payment through their bank or card issuer.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
