These results will then be cross-checked against the United States National Bankruptcy and Insolvency database for both voluntary and involuntary bankruptcy filings. After the search is finalized, a certificate will be issued in the applicant’s name and sent to the designated recipient as proof. Bankruptcy background search orders are typically processed and emailed within 5-7 business days. Additional fee with expedited service available upon request.
