1. Payment Terms
1.1 This is a one-time charge to your selected method of payment.
1.2 All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any Bankruptcy (including warehoused or archived orders) or Non-Bankruptcy orders.
1.3 Any payments made via “electronic check” are subject to delays until the check clears the banking institution.
1.4 By using this site, the customer agrees to resolve any disputes directly with US Bankruptcy Services before seeking a payment reversal or chargeback. Failure to do so will be deemed a default in our favor and a waiver of the customer’s right to dispute or reverse payment through their bank or card issuer.
2. Intellectual Property
2.1 All material on this site is protected by copyright and trademark law.
2.2 You may not modify, copy, reproduce, post, or distribute any material from this site without prior written consent.
2.3 Reselling any materials obtained through this site is strictly prohibited.
2.4 Any violation of these terms may constitute a criminal offense and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
3. Limitation of Liability
3.1 US Bankruptcy Services (collectively, “usnonbankruptcyservices.com”, “us-nonbankruptcyrecords.com”, “usnonbankruptcyrecords.com” or “we” or “us”) is not liable for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the materials or services provided, or in the delivery thereof.
3.2 By using this site, you agree to hold US Bankruptcy Services harmless from any negative impacts resulting from the use of any information provided as “public information.”
3.3 Our services are intended to save you time and effort in obtaining public records and are not intended to replace legal advice.
4. Delivery Policy
4.1 Delivery times for Non-Bankruptcy Certificates are not guaranteed unless you select to expedite the order.
4.2 Expedited orders typically take up to 48 hours (2 days).
4.3 Standard processing time is normally 7-10 days but may extend to 30 days if there are issues with the search or verification process.
4.4 Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to server maintenance, or technical issues. In such cases, you agree to hold US Bankruptcy Services harmless.
5. Delivery Methods
5.1 Email Delivery – If you choose email delivery, please check your junk or spam folders. Depending on your email privacy settings, PDF attachments may be filtered. Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
5.2 We do not offer Mail Delivery.
6. Archived / Warehoused Orders
6.1 is only applicable for Bankruptcy Records
6.1 All archived or warehoused Bankruptcy orders are final and non-refundable.
6.2 Information placed on the application form will be kept for 7 years to cover the statute of limitations for audit business record retention.
6.3 All research fees for archived files are final and non-refundable.
7. Customer Responsibilities
7.1 Before placing an order, you must read and agree to these Terms and Conditions by checking the required box on the order form.
7.2 You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing your order.
7.3 You are responsible for ensuring that your email settings allow receipt of PDF attachments.
BANKRUPTCY RECORDS
1. Scope of Service
1.1 The packages offered are strictly for providing copies of bankruptcy-related documents as described below:
โข Complete Package ($45): Includes copies of Petition & Schedules A, J, Discharge or Dismissal, Amendments, Reaffirmation Agreement(s), Creditors & Amounts.
โข Discharge Schedules Package ($35): Includes copies of Voluntary Petition, Schedules D, E, F, Discharge or Dismissal.
โข Discharge/Dismissal Package ($20): Includes copies of Discharge or Dismissal, Certificate of Notice.
โข Docket/Case # Package ($15): Includes Bankruptcy Case Number, Docket Entries & Dates, Filing Dates, Discharge or Dismissal Date.
โข Archived/Warehoused orders: Includes the Complete Package and an additional research fee of $84 per box.

5. Delivery
5.1 Documents will be delivered electronically via email. Mail delivery is not offered.
5.2 Delivery times may vary based on court availability and retrieval processes.
5.3 Expedited orders typically take up to 24 hours (1 day). Standard processing time is normally 7โ10 days but may extend to 30 days if there are issues with the search or verification process.

6.1 An additional research fee of $84 per box will be charged on top of the Complete Package price for all Archived/Warehoused orders (Clerk will be contacting you via email about the additional charge).
6.2 All archived or warehoused Bankruptcy orders are final and non-refundable.
